SEED FOUNDATION has been serving education institutions across the state of Tamilnadu, benefiting faculty Members and Students through various initiatives of the foundation which includes faculty development, Students Skill development, with Industry-Institute Collaboration, research etc. SEED FOUNDATION is focused on improving the quality of students passing out of higher education institutions in Tamil nadu to make them industry ready and immediately employable in the industry. with this objective, SEED is providing quality-centric and niche training programs for faculty members and students, thereby helping them accomplish more productivity and effective learning.
Universities & Colleges
SEED FOUNDATION has partnered with Universities & colleges in the state of Tamilnadu for faculty development, Student development, Career Programs, Campus drives, These universities & Colleges that are spread across the state of Tamilnadu provide infrastructure support to seed foundation, thereby enabling seed foundation to deliver its training programs The universities provide support on lab facilities, classroom facilities, etc. on conducting the courses thereby benefitting the faculty members and students in the university and its affiliated Colleges.
SEED FOUNDATION has signed an MOU with Sri Sankar College for setting up their Innovation Council. We played a key role in technological innovation & competitiveness of an industry.we give valuable inputs to the college in teaching/ training Methodology. We train the students on the emerging technologies in order to bridge the skill gap and make them industry ready
SEED'S SKILL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) has approved SEED Foundation to train discontinued 12th Std, unemployed Graduates / under Graduates / Post Graduates on a short term employability skill development program The “Certificate course on Customer Service, Operations & Collections” is of 400 hours duration covering the skills required for employability in the Telecom , ITES, BFSI Sector.
The course includes,
• Domain Skills on BFSI, Telecom, BPO
• Soft skills, Customer Service and Operational Skills
• Basic IT Skills
Seed Foundation has trained and placed 2,000+ unemployed youth under this project and got them employment in BFSI, Telecom ITES & BPO Sectors.
SEED Foundation is a Registered training partner for TAHDCO & National Career Service for SC/ST... Imparted training on employability, Skill-building, Personal Development, Softskills, and Basic Computer Education. Trained and placed more than 500+ unemployed youth under this program.
SEED'S EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMS We collaborate with the Industry and identify companies offering jobs for the unemployed youth. We have signed MOU with 100+ corporate clients who offer jobs for unemployed youth.
Seed Foundation has successfully organized two job fairs one for Women and Differently abled personal in Perungudi, which witnessed a walkin of around 1000+ job seekers and about 300+ spot offers were given on the same day.
The second Job fair was conducted in Tiruvottiyur for the underprivileged, which witnessed 3000+ walkins and around 500+ spot offers were given on the same day.
Project Puthuir. worked with 112 Dalit village women members formed into activity-focused SHGs in pudupalayam village, Tiruvannamalai District in Tamil Nadu to generate income through vermicomposting, organic vegetable farming, tailoring & embroidery, and coir rope-making. Workshops conducted to the beneficiaries with the help of Industry experts and enabled a connection with the companies for procurement. All the beneficiaries were also provided with legal literacy training to better understand their legal rights, entitlements & Government schemes.
Seed Foundation Charitable livelihood model is to build both the conditions for village livelihood and the capacity of village women, so that they may engage fully in socio-economic life. In this way, women become empowered to sustain income-generation activities, work in Self-Help Groups, gain self-esteem and the respect of their menfolk, engage in village decision-making, provide role-models for their children, and become fully in charge of their own well-being and enabled to contribute to the quality of family and community life.

Our other Initiative Programs Include financial literacy, digital literacy, spoken English, Personality development career awareness and Entrepreneurship . Seed Foundation has an impressive footprint over the years in terms of its partnership approach, face-to-face and e-learning training content and methodology, capacity building of trainers, job placement and post placement support to trainees.
6.1 Financial Literacy for Truck Drivers and Cleaners - IOCLTo train truck drivers and cleaners on basic financial skills and enable them to handle their personal finances better(Content & Delivery). With proper skilling of the drivers and technology in place, he will learn to transact anywhere in India through online banking facilities and UPI payments. Through the financial literacy program, they would learn to handle their finance effectively.
6.2 CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - STUDENTS
A career guidance and counseling program develop an individual's competencies in self-knowledge, educational and occupational exploration, and career planning. SEED Foundation has taken a novel initiative of providing structured career development for college students, parents & teachers with the objective of creating awareness among them on various career choices available after a college education. Career programs conducted in Srikanyaka Parmeswari Arts & Science College for women & Sindhi College of Arts & Science
6.3 ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - SIDBI
We take it to next level by identifying and developing entrepreneurs in the Rural India.In order to generate a sustainable livelihood for the underprivileged. Collaborated with SIDBI for the training program on the content and delivery of the Program.
